Getting Started

1. Purchase Your Proxy

Select either mobile or server proxies from our product pages, choose your preferred plan, and complete the checkout process.

2. Receive Your Credentials

After purchase, you'll receive an email with your proxy credentials:

Host: proxy.sfproxy.org

Port: 8080 (HTTP/HTTPS) or 1080 (SOCKS5)

Username: your_username

Password: your_password

3. Configure Your Application

Use the credentials to configure your browser, application, or script. See the platform-specific guides for detailed instructions.

4. Test Your Connection

Visit whatismyipaddress.com to verify your proxy is working correctly. You should see the proxy IP address instead of your real IP.

Windows Setup Guide

Chrome / Edge

Open Chrome/Edge and go to Settings
Search for "proxy" in the settings search bar
Click "Open your computer's proxy settings"
Under "Manual proxy setup", toggle "Use a proxy server" to ON
Enter the proxy address and port
Click Save

Firefox

Open Firefox and go to Settings
Scroll down to "Network Settings" and click "Settings"
Select "Manual proxy configuration"
Enter your proxy details:

HTTP Proxy: proxy.sfproxy.org

Port: 8080

Check "Also use this proxy for HTTPS"
Click OK to save

System-Wide Proxy (Windows 10/11)

Open Settings → Network & Internet
Click on "Proxy" in the left sidebar
Under "Manual proxy setup", toggle "Use a proxy server" to ON
Enter Address: proxy.sfproxy.org
Enter Port: 8080
Click Save

Note: Some applications require authentication. When prompted, enter your username and password provided in your welcome email.

Mac/Linux Setup Guide

macOS System-Wide

Open System Preferences → Network
Select your active network connection (Wi-Fi or Ethernet)
Click "Advanced" button
Go to the "Proxies" tab
Check "Web Proxy (HTTP)" and "Secure Web Proxy (HTTPS)"
For both, enter:

Web Proxy Server: proxy.sfproxy.org:8080

Username: your_username

Password: your_password
Click OK, then Apply

Linux (Ubuntu/Debian)

Open System Settings → Network
Click on "Network Proxy"
Select "Manual" method
Enter proxy details:

HTTP Proxy: proxy.sfproxy.org:8080

HTTPS Proxy: proxy.sfproxy.org:8080
Click Apply system-wide

Linux Command Line

Add these lines to your ~/.bashrc or ~/.zshrc:

export http_proxy="http://username:password@proxy.sfproxy.org:8080"

export https_proxy="http://username:password@proxy.sfproxy.org:8080"

Then run: source ~/.bashrc
